The breathtaking lake and mountain views from the balcony were astonishing, creating the perfect backdrop for relaxation. I particularly appreciated the ample breakfast selection and the open-air jacuzzi on the rooftop, providing a serene escape under the stars. The friendly staff, including Monika at reception, went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional, making this hotel a rare gem I would revisit in a heartbeat.
